Error Starting Up Empty Error Starting Up

So I've installed using both the installation programs that Kart provided, but when running it gives me an error, something about version2.rar not being a rar archive. Anyone? Haven't even tried this game yet, just saw a stream of Kart developing it.

That's because i'm reworking the game entirely and the download link provided is for the old version of the game which no longer works.
