Elegant Account Creation.

The way people can create accounts is fine at the moment, however if one is to forget their account name or password they have but only one option to recover it.
That option it is to contact Kart, or another mod and get them to recover it.

VIP can only actually prove that they own the account at the moment.
Perhaps, on the website people could create an account with an option of using an email and maybe recovery questions.
So really, accounts should be able to be associated with an email for quick account recovery.
Account information should be sent only to the users email.
